The Glans Ring v2 is a complete redesign of the original HZD glans ring, focused on simplifying selection while improving comfort, alignment, and real-world usability. Improvements apply to both Unified and Pivoting mounts.

This is a beta release, offered at a discounted price while real-world feedback is collected.

Beta Bonus: Two Rings Per Size

During beta, each diameter includes two rings:
  • One with frenulum relief
  • One without
This allows direct comparison and helps guide final production decisions.

Simplified Ring Options

Rings are now offered in:
  • Standard width
  • Wide width
  • Optional frenulum relief cut

The frenulum relief cut introduces a small gap at the front center of the ring, intended to reduce pressure at the most sensitive point of the frenulum. This may improve comfort for some users, and beta feedback will help determine how beneficial it is across different anatomies.

Redesigned Ring Geometry

  • Maximum vertical clearance at centerline reduces urethral pressure and makes urination easier
  • Closer grip without pinch points thanks to removal of raised wings
  • Tapered opening biases the ring forward so it naturally seats behind the glans

Both Standard and Wide rings feature asymmetric fillet angles:
  • Larger internal rear fillet for comfortable clamping
  • Larger external front fillet to help retain the ring under the glans corona

The Wide band also features a reduced top gripper tooth for improved long-term comfort.

Mount Improvements

Shared (Unified & Pivoting):
Forward offset alignment is now consistent between Standard and Wide rings, preventing major position changes when switching widths

Unified Mount:
10° built-in angle matches the natural glans angle, allowing quicker engagement and reducing unnecessary forward pressure on the glans corona

Pivoting Mount:
Significantly reduced material around the pivot minimizes pinch points and reduces pressure near the frenulum

  • Unified Glans Ring v2 fits all grips that already support unified rings
  • No changes to your existing grip are required

Sizing Notes

Sizing is designed to closely match v1 rings with both upper and lower wings installed. Internal cross-sectional area has been kept roughly equivalent.

Most users should find their existing size carries over, though some may prefer adjusting by one size due to the new geometry.
