Glans Sizing Notes
Glans components are sized by their base diameter, but overall size can be compared by factoring in width and length adjustments.
Examples:
- 26mm +2 width +2 length ≈ 28mm standard
- 26mm +2 width +0 length ≈ 28mm with -2 length
